IMPORTANT CLEANING HIGHLIGHTS

Before we arrive: If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the home is picked up before our arrival. If the home has excessive buildup (trash, excessive animal fur, etc.), please add the flat-rate “Heavy Duty” extra to the booking.

Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. Furthermore, if we arrive and it is apparent that the home has excessive buildup, we will add the “Heavy Duty” extra to the booking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH CLEANING

Our checklist is used as a GUIDELINE for cleaning your home. The overall CONDITION of your home determines how much our cleaner will be able to complete. We first focus on areas of your home that require the most attention (example: kitchen and/or bathroom).

For our NEW customers, we start you off with our Introductory Cleaning (Standard Cleaning) plus two Add-On services of your choice. This cleaning is time based, however it allows our cleaners to give you more of an extensive XOXO cleaning experience.

If you decide to book a cleaning with us (and we hope you do), we strongly encourage you (or someone you authorize) to be at your home at the end of the cleaning for the final walkthrough. We want to make sure you are happy with our service. Once you tell us you are satisfied with your cleaning, we consider the job complete (all sales are final)! That’s fair right?

HOURLY SERVICE

Hourly services are to provide a solution for any request you may have included extras that usually would be considered add-ons. It is important you accurately estimate the required time for cleaning your space when booking your service. When time is up, we depart.

DISALLOWED SERVICES AND TASK

Lifting and moving heavy furniture (no matter if additional persons are available to assist)
Heavy trash removal
Reaching heights inaccessible on our 2-step ladder
Move appliances that are connected to gas or water
Clean the fronts of televisions, computers or an electronics with a screen
Carpet Cleaning (but we can refer you to our amazing partnering vendors)
Cleaning of bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, bodily fluids, etc.)
Cleaning infested properties (bugs, rodents etc.)
Cleaning of excessively congested areas (hoarding)
Cleaning of precious, temperament, treasured heirlooms, ceramics, decor, gems, jewelries or anything non-replaceable.
